【解決】〇〇のiPhone is busy: Preparing debugger support for 〇〇のiPhone Xcode will continue when 〇〇のiPhone is finished.

環境

Xcode9.0
macOS Sierra 10.12.6
iOS 11.0

状況

Xcode9.0をインストール。iOS11も正規のリリースバージョン。
冒頭の画像のようなエラーをXcodeが吐く。
「〇〇のiPhone is busy: Preparing debugger support for 〇〇のiPhone Xcode will continue when 〇〇のiPhone is finished.」

iPhoneを差し直したりXcodeを再起動しても解決しなかった。

解決

iPhoneを再起動。
たったこれだけで解決した。
